The fabric fiber at "International Zero Waste Day", featuring a new type of green manufacturing.

Recently, during the 2025 theme event of "International Zero Waste Day" in Zhejiang Province, a new achievement of a continuous fabric fiber board press machine was discovered. This production line, leveraging advanced textile crushing and low-temperature pressing technologies, successfully transformed waste fabrics into high-quality boards, providing a green and low-carbon new solution for solid waste treatment. 

1. Technical highlights and environmental advantages 
The continuous pressing machine for fabric fiber boards adopts the technology of textile pulverization and low-temperature pressing with adhesives. Compared with traditional methods of solid waste treatment such as incineration, it achieves zero carbon emissions and no smoke pollution, presenting significant environmental advantages. During the production process, no waste gas, wastewater or other harmful waste liquids are generated. Only a small amount of fiber dust is produced, which can be recycled and reused, and there is no pollution throughout the process. This technology not only conforms to the national "dual carbon" goals and environmental protection policy orientation, but also provides strong support for green manufacturing. 

2 Product Applications and Circulating Value 
The produced boards have a wide range of applications and can be used as building cement templates and outdoor decoration materials. Among them, the building templates can be reused for more than 8 times. The remaining fabric can be recycled and crushed to be reformed into boards, which greatly improves the resource utilization rate and forms a complete green circular system.
